Biography

I have been passionate about photography since the days of over exposing film in the dark room at college and that passion has developed into a career working in the camera department of the British film and television industry.
The experience of working alongside some of the best film makers in the world has helped me develop my own photography style and I have used this influence to create works for my Filtered Image collection, which I believe, all share a cinematic quality and an essence of drama.

I love to travel and I have been fortunate enough to visit some very exotic locations. The excitement of shooting in an alien environment is very addictive and I like to work fast so I don't miss any opportunity.
While it is very rewarding to see the world and experience the new I am blessed to be able to always return home to the beautiful county of Northumberland, England. Its diverse landscape can be as photogenic as anywhere on earth and it always offers a unique source of inspiration.
